    I am reaching out to suggest an enhancement to the DoIT console that would greatly benefit large organisations with multiple BUs, particularly those that have grown through acquisitions.

    Issue Summary:
    Currently, users must log in separately to each domain within the DoIT console to manage cloud resources and costs. This can be cumbersome for teams that oversee cloud management across various business units within a single company. The need to log out and log back in for each domain creates inefficiencies and complicates the management process.

    I am reaching out to request the addition of a new feature that would greatly enhance the management capabilities within our customers' engineering teams.
    I have a customer, he is an Engineering Manager, and he has encountered limitations in overseeing and managing the reports, dashboards, and alerts created by members of my team.

  3. Hello Product Team,

    I am writing to submit a feature request to address a critical issue we are facing with the management of AWS Root Account email notifications for multiple orgs under our management.

    Issue Summary:
    Currently, when we onboard subsidiaries and assign dedicated AWS Management Account Root email addresses, all notifications are being directed to the same mailbox. This setup results in important notifications being shared across subsidiaries, leading to potential security and privacy concerns.     I am writing to request an enhancement to the DoIT console that would streamline the process of managing reports within dashboards.

    At present, the DoIT console requires users to add reports to dashboards individually. This process can be time-consuming and cumbersome, especially for users who need to manage a large number of reports across various dashboards.

    It would be very interesting to develop a feature that enables customers to prioritise their cost saving opportunities based on potential financial benefits and to assess these opportunities within an effort matrix for better decision-making alongside the Insight feature.

    Feature => Cost savings evaluation tool:
    It would be a complementary tool with Insights that allows customers to input data and receive an estimation of the financial benefits from the insights and recommendations provided.

  6. The customer reports that there is something wrong with the cost anomaly tool, and that they are receiving false alarms every day.
    Because of this and the alert fatigue they plan to disregard Cost Anomalies moving forward, despite getting a lot of value from it in the past.

  8. We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
    DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
    - The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
    - To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.

Upon reviewing our usage statistics, we have noticed that there are numerous tables within our BigQuery environment that have been inactive for an extended period, some dating back more than three months. These unused tables are not only occupying valuable storage space but also incurring unnecessary costs for our organization.

  12. New legal requirements mean more companies need to report on the carbon footprint of their cloud usage. AWS' own tool is often incorrect, and Azure's is difficult to use plus it requires customers to go into PowerBI. Ideally this would be something Navigator could support in our own reporting view.

  18. Today budget alerts are send when the actual percent of the budget is consumed. In order to reduce false alarms, it would be great if there would be an option to only send the alert if the projected cost of the budget will reach 100%.
    For example, if I have a budget alert set to 50% and the predicted spend will not reach 100% this month the alert will not be sent.

  20. Customer wishes they could annotate reports in the console so they can mark which month eg. they made a specific change in their infrastructure. This way dips or spikes that were expected could be clarified in reports with a little note.
