Option to remove overdue invoices banner
When a customer has overdue invoices, Navigator shows a top banner with a warning to all signed-in users: "Overdue and outstanding invoices - We are unable to renew your Cloud subscription. Please pay overdue invoices or you may not be able to use these services."
A customer that has that banner while working with DoiT's teams to resolve the payment issue (transfers applied incorrectly to invoices, nothing overdue) suggested that the banner shouldn't be shown to all users or should be made configurable as it raises unnecessary repeated questions for them internally.

As an additional idea to treat the customer request to restrict the visibility of the banner (see previous comment / merged idea), we could also consider showing it only to Admin and Finance User roles + all DoiT users.
For customers that make a sensible use of our IAM, this potentially easy fix would largely resolve the issue, while all the more relevant stakeholders would still get the alert all the same.

Is it possible to make this banner less sensitive, e.g. increase the timespan before it actually shows?
Currently it's visible to all users of DoIT console.
