When running a report with a specific label, report results no longer include Flexsave Negation.

It was found that discounts (ex. Flexsave negation) cannot be tagged. Hence, the report only pulls the cost and not the savings.

It is important to be able to see savings at a more granular level and to include labels. See ticket 233101 for additional details.
