Submit Support Tickets directly from Slack (Ava Chatbot to Human Led)
I have a few customers who are requesting that we offer a chatbot or an ability to directly submit support tickets and manage them through Slack. They had this feature at their last partner and it made it very easy for them to communicate and update support tickets.

We recently had a request from a customer to get provider costs over slack similar to what Amazon Q provides on the AWS console but for slack.
I think it would be great for customers to have the ability to tag AVA on their shared slack channel and ask questions such as:
"How much have I spent on account xxxx in the past 30 days?"More details and Ofir's opinion here:
