  1. Hello Team,

    When running Stacked Column view for a report, the legend under the columns is separated into multiple 'pages' the customer need to click through to be able to interpret the report. In some cases, the customer has 20+ 'pages' of legend under the report due to the legends being spread too much on the screen.

    The customer would like to suggest the legends to be collapsed into bigger chunks under the Stacked Column view, so it is more user friendly to analyze Stacked Column reports.

  2. Can DoiT Navigator support amoritizing credits across the months they were used? For example, if a customer received credits in July that covered usage from all of Q2. Is it possible to distribute these historically with the amoritized cost metric?

  3. Hello Team,

    the customer would like to be able to 'Pause' the process of running heavy reports which would allow last minute adjustments to be done within Group By/ Filter before the data loads.

    Running heavy reports takes time to load, and if any adjustments need to be done to Filtering or Group By they need to wait first until the heavy report loads before they can go back and adjust and re-load.

    A 'Stop' or 'Pause' button would help this.

  4. Quensus would like to upload their own cost data sets to Navigator so that they can use Reports to get a complete picture of the full technical costs (cloud + other tools they purchase) of supporting each of their customers.

  5. Currently, reports with "daily" time intervals often show unreasonable forecast trend lines, which reduces confidence in DoiT's forecasting algorithm. Can we update this so that the forecast takes into account likely fluctuations?

  6. Today, every time we're duplicating the Navigator tab in the browser while we're in cost report and already defined some filters, it's being opened as a new report and doesn't save the filters we applied in the original report. I'd like to get the exact same view of the cost report in Cloud Navigator as in the original tab.

  7. Customer problem:

    Currently, to set up a subscription to a report, the configuration is done through a cron syntax, which is sometimes not very intuitive or easy to use. With this project, we want to improve and simplify the subscription process so that our customers don’t miss out on anything!

  8. The customer wants to send scheduled reports to different Slack channels.

    For instance, they've created two separate reports: one covering data-related services like BigQuery, and another focusing on application-related services like GKE and GCE. They would like to send these reports to different Slack channels—specifically, the Data Team Channel and the Application Channel, respectively.

    Although Slack supports the channel email, it is only available for the Pro version.
