As a User, I want to be able to request a Workshop or Training but I struggle to find it.
I want a logical place to request services from DoiT to get deeper help with an AI project, improve my architecture, security, or spot hidden inefficiencies in my costs to improve my cloud operations. I should be able to do this from the same place where I can search my past support cases.
When I go to my past support cases,
Add an option for 'Professional Services' next to the “Create a request” button so I can get services without having to get in touch with my Account Manager.25 votes -
I need to be able to easily request Workshop services that are included in my DCI plan
I want to schedule a Workshop with CREs, included with my DCI subscription, I should not have to go through the headache of a long contract process to get started.
When I go to Request a Workshop, I should be presented with Terms and Conditions so that we agree to the necessary customer, delivery and timeline expectations and acknowledge them.
Once I have agreed to the Workshop terms and conditions, my request should go directly to a CRE, not my account manager.

Admin Users able to assume user roles
We have the ability for DoiT to assume roles of users in an Organization.
A customer wants to be able to assume the roles of users, so they can see what their user is seeing.
Cloudhealth is able to do this.

Period Coverage Breakdown Shown in Invoices for Proper Accruing
To help us with our internal accounting and payment processes, we kindly ask that all invoices clearly state the period covered by the billed services. This applies to invoices related to AWS Marketplace where there can be upfront payments for longer time periods (more than a month).
For example if we pay a service upfront every quarter via AWS Marketplace, then we need to see the relevant period covered on the invoice, to properly accrue for the service. See image attached for example. Even though the invoice is for April, the payment relates to a service that covers from April…8 votesWe want to explore more to understand the technical requirements.

Integrating data from EKS agents into Cloud Diagrams
Integrating data from EKS agents into Cloud Diagrams. This enhancement would enable us to display private EKS clusters that are not visible through standard AWS APIs, and allow us to show performance, health, and configuration data directly within the diagram view.
Benefits:
* Improved visibility into private and internal EKS clusters, which are currently not represented in diagrams
* Real-time performance metrics (CPU, memory, pod utilization, etc.) can help platform teams identify issues more quickly
* Health status indicators for clusters, nodes, and workloads directly in the diagram improve troubleshooting and monitoring workflows
* Enhanced context for security and cost…12 votes -
customer domain
I noticed the customer's domain is no longer visible in the customer's profile and was replaced with just the customer name. Can we please put the domain in the dropdown menu for the customer? BizOps needs to be able to locate the domain everyday for audits, EUR, etc. and be able to copy/paste quickly. We already do a lot of manual work and this adds a couple more steps trying to locate it.

CloudTrail and IAM Role Integration for Change Audit Logging
Enable integration with AWS CloudTrail to fetch near real-time infrastructure change logs. Additionally, by linking each change event to the specific IAM role or user that made the modification, teams gain clearer accountability and traceability.
User Benefit:
* Gain near real-time visibility into infrastructure changes
* Enhance team accountability by identifying which IAM role/user made each change
* Keep precise audit log that's easy to read and won't miss small transient changes. This will help with compliance and internal governance for enterprise customers5 votes -
Cloud Diagrams Widget with Contextual Filtering for CloudFlow, Anomalies, and Insights
Ability to embed Cloud Diagrams as a widget within relevant features like CloudFlow, Anomalies and Insights. This would allow customers to visualize infrastructure contextually without switching screens or losing focus on the task at hand.
The widget should support filtering to only show relevant parts of the diagram, such as affected resources in an anomaly, or impacted resources in CloudFlow, helping users quickly understand the context, relationships, and impact.
This functionality will improve user experience by:
* Enhancing cross-feature integration and context sharing
* Reducing cognitive load during troubleshooting or investigations
* Improving collaboration and visibility by providing infrastructure context…6 votes -

Need to track "grandfathered" customers who receive PE (Partner Escalation) on GCP without being charged.
Request for a flag for legacy clients under "partner-led premium support" who receive Partner Escalation at no cost.
We need to track "grandfathered" customers who receive PE (Partner Escalation) on GCP without being charged as a result of having a qualifying B2B agreement. A proposed solution involves creating dummy contracts in the console for these customers and adding a flag to identify grandfathered customers.
Core Problem: Grandfathered customers receiving PE on GCP are not being charged, but there's no clear flag to indicate this, leading to confusion for CRE teams and auditors, as they are dependent on a PLPS contract…

Compare non-consecutive time periods in cloud analytics
The customer—specifically the person responsible for FinOps—would like the ability to compare specific time periods while excluding everything in between. For example, they want to compare June 2024 vs. June 2025, or Q2 2024 vs. Q2 2025, without including the months in between.
This is similar to the “this period vs. last month” view we currently offer, but they’re looking for a customizable comparison between non-consecutive timeframes—essentially, a way to isolate and break down specific months or quarters year over year.

Adding an estimated "bill without DoiT" comparison to the Invoice Explainer to clarify savings for customers
There is a request to add an estimated 'bill without DoiT' directly into the Invoice Explainer. Currently, customers struggle to see the value we provide because they can only view the AWS bill to DoiT and the DoiT bill to them. We also need to know how many are using the console reporting to see their savings. This lack of transparency on the invoice creates confusion, particularly around renewals, leading to the impression of overpayment and potentially jeopardizing customer trust. By including a 'bill without DoiT' comparison, we can clearly demonstrate the savings and prevent this recurring issue, ultimately improving…

Split 'unallocated' costs by account
Customers with shared resource accounts that need to be split amongst business units (or some other allocation) need to create allocations for those accounts and then do cost splitting. This can get tedious for large customers.
Instead of requiring 100% coverage of allocations in order to do cost splitting, allow customers when using an allocation to split by account to re-allocate the costs for shared resources.

Report Subscription - Email Full Report CSV
Please add an option to deliver reports via email in CSV or Excel format to recipients that are not Doit Console users. For example the ability to send the email report to a distribution list or someone that would not want to use the Doit Console. Thanks!

Billing Assets Administration in the Console
Once you connect to the console, say AWS CUR, you are not able to see those billing assets in console.
For example, if I connect my AWS CUR to DCI, in order to find that or see what is connected to DCI I have to go back to the AWS console. This is the same for Azure and GCP.
Ideally, there is a link to the cloud asset to it's easy to find, or it can easily to changed. For example, if I wanted to move from legacy CUR to CUR 2.0.

Billing Asset Management in Console
When you connect any asset to the platform there is no way to manage or visualize that information.
For example, if I connect my CUR data to DCI. In order to find it I have to go back to the AWS platform and figure out which one is connected to it. The same goes for Azure and GCP.
Ideally, we provide links to the resource itself and simple ways to editing them. For example, if I wanted to change to CUR 2.0 instead of legacy CUR.

Feature Suggestion: Cost Anomaly Detection for Dips
Currently, the Cost Anomaly feature is designed to capture spikes in spend but does not monitor for dips. Similarly, the Alerts feature works on defined thresholds, which is more suitable for catching increases than decreases.
It would be valuable to have a feature that can detect sudden drops in cost as well, since unexpected decreases can also indicate issues such as:
Disabled services or resources that should be running
Failures in data pipelines or workloads
Gaps in logging/monitoring or data ingestion
Sudden deletion in data
Adding anomaly detection for dips would provide a more complete view of cost changes and…

Deploy CFN stack only to org account and generate diagrams for all selected member accounts
I noted that currently, Cloud Diagrams CFN stack needs to be deployed to any account, and does not seem to leverage the org account's Resource Explorer access on all resources. I would think access to that would allow for gathering the info needed to generate a diagram, but perhaps the data are incomplete?
But if that's possible, then it could also become a standard onboarding product as well (optional) for customers.

Limit Results by Total or Percentage Change
When using the data views of either percentage change or absolute change, The customer would like to be able to limit those results by both value and/or top/bottom.
For Example if viewing spend using percentage change, they would like to be able to use the limit result feature to say only show me the accounts that have percentage change 25% or more.
