  1. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): The impact of SSL on the DoiT Console has not been fully tested yet. Given the importance of encrypted communications, I would like to raise this feature request to UserVoice on behalf of our customer Autorola.

    This way, we / the DoiT Product Team can evaluate and address it accordingly whether this is 1/ a straightforward fix or 2/ a more involved process.

  2. Customers on essentials or other entitlements that want a trial have to remove the essentials contract, otherwise the customer loses the trial entitlements daily. If the customer decides not to move to paid DCI, someone will need to remember to add a new essentials contract. We need to consider if trial contracts override any existing tier.

  3. we want to show the expected margin on the contracts page to avoid looking at each contract. On the view contract screen, we want to add edit and download buttons so we don’t have to go back to a previous screen to navigate to that function.

  4. Currently, customers using the Doit console to purchase Microsoft 365 subscriptions or licenses are limited to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions require direct engagement with our sales team. This necessitates the creation of annual contracts, often for a small number of licenses, which consumes significant time in managing Ironclad and Salesforce for minimal revenue.

    To improve efficiency, I propose enabling customers to purchase a limited number of Microsoft 365 licenses (e.g., fewer than 50) through our console with both monthly and annual billing options. This would significantly reduce the administrative overhead associated with low-volume annual contracts.

  5. As this is quite a recurring topic, especially with our DCI Enterprise customers.

    The idea would be to allow privileged users to access to both AWS programmatic access, and AWS web console access from the assets page.

    Optionally, for specific cases, provide a Doer-eyes-only (CSOS) toggle to deny (default) or allow:
    - cost explorer
    - IAM
    - billing permissions.

  6. A tool in the UI to manage CUDs / spend reservations. It’s currently fairly manual, and the out-of-the-box tools AWS and GCP provide don’t entirely help.

  7. Finance teams from various organizations may require a different date format on their invoices than the default one.
    Please introduce an option for organizations to select different date formats before an invoice is issued.
