Split fixed fee for DCI over multiple, underlying entities in the invoice in case of groups
Could we split the fixed fee for DCI over multiple underlying entities in the invoice? I.e. 3.5K divided by 2 or more related entities within the same group? Phase 2 would then be dividing the fixed fee pro rato based on the actual cloud usage.

Support for Image Attachments in Ava
Please enable the ability to attach and analyze images within Ava, particularly for internal usage with the Archon client where customers often attach documents and screenshots to tickets. Currently, Ava does not support attachments, leading to suboptimal responses when users attempt to get help with image-based content. For example, when users tried to have Ava describe screenshots, it failed to access the attachments, while other LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude handled the same task more effectively.
Given that the LLM backend (gpt-40) already supports image analysis, implementing this feature should be feasible. This capability would significantly improve Ava’s usability, especially…

New SKU notification based on Attributions
With the recent announcement regarding New SKU notifications, it will be good to have such notifications based on attribution. For example, I have a Product, Services and business unit as part of one attribution, I want to configure such notification if there is a new SKU within that attribution instead of monitoring the whole services SKU in my infrastructure? Similar to Cost anomalies I guess

Add "Contact an Expert" feature to all Lenses
This is an idea for all lenses
Add a "Contact an <Lens> Expert" button to all Lenses dashboards that would automatically open a CRE ticket with all relevant context.
For example the GKE Lens should have a "Contact a GKE Expert)

Dynamic metric
adding "COUNT" to the metric so that it generates a value to be used in the formula.
Example/Use-case: Creating an attribution with "Account/Project" with Regex (will automatically pick newly added projects that matches the Regex) and instead of returning the cost it returns the count/number of projects within the attribution.

Include AWS account names in email reports
When accessing the Cloud Analytics report via the web console, I can easily see the account name. However, the graph included in the email report only shows the account ID. As a result, I need to open the report in the console to identify the account names.
Would it be possible to include the account names in the email report alongside the account IDs?

Enhanced cost savings Insights and effort matrix integration

It would be very interesting to develop a feature that enables customers to prioritise their cost saving opportunities based on potential financial benefits and to assess these opportunities within an effort matrix for better decision-making alongside the Insight feature.
Feature => Cost savings evaluation tool:
It would be a complementary tool with Insights that allows customers to input data and receive an estimation of the financial benefits from the insights and recommendations provided.

Enhanced Multi-org Email Notification Management

I am writing to submit a feature request to address a critical issue we are facing with the management of AWS Root Account email notifications for multiple orgs under our management.

Currently, when we onboard subsidiaries and assign dedicated AWS Management Account Root email addresses, all notifications are being directed to the same mailbox. Customers have requested a tool that would help them to better forecast their costs, based partially on the history (which we already have) with the ability to adjust, such as:
- simulate a cost optimisation across specific workloads / projects / accounts of 10% per month over 3 months.

Ability to rename AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator
