  1. Could we split the fixed fee for DCI over multiple underlying entities in the invoice? I.e. 3.5K divided by 2 or more related entities within the same group? Phase 2 would then be dividing the fixed fee pro rato based on the actual cloud usage.

  2. Please enable the ability to attach and analyze images within Ava, particularly for internal usage with the Archon client where customers often attach documents and screenshots to tickets. Currently, Ava does not support attachments, leading to suboptimal responses when users attempt to get help with image-based content. For example, when users tried to have Ava describe screenshots, it failed to access the attachments, while other LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude handled the same task more effectively.

    Given that the LLM backend (gpt-40) already supports image analysis, implementing this feature should be feasible. This capability would significantly improve Ava’s usability, especially…

  3. With the recent announcement regarding New SKU notifications, it will be good to have such notifications based on attribution. For example, I have a Product, Services and business unit as part of one attribution, I want to configure such notification if there is a new SKU within that attribution instead of monitoring the whole services SKU in my infrastructure? Similar to Cost anomalies I guess

  5. This is an idea for all lenses

    Add a "Contact an <Lens> Expert" button to all Lenses dashboards that would automatically open a CRE ticket with all relevant context.

    For example the GKE Lens should have a "Contact a GKE Expert)
    This way customers have better experience and quick access to our CRE team

  6. A tool in the UI to manage CUDs / spend reservations. It’s currently fairly manual, and the out-of-the-box tools AWS and GCP provide don’t entirely help.

  7. adding "COUNT" to the metric so that it generates a value to be used in the formula.

    Example/Use-case: Creating an attribution with "Account/Project" with Regex (will automatically pick newly added projects that matches the Regex) and instead of returning the cost it returns the count/number of projects within the attribution.

    calculate all costs of production environments,
    (100k) and divide them by the amount of environments, (40), so that I get an average cost per environment (2500€). And then display this metric over time

  8. When accessing the Cloud Analytics report via the web console, I can easily see the account name. However, the graph included in the email report only shows the account ID. As a result, I need to open the report in the console to identify the account names.

    Would it be possible to include the account names in the email report alongside the account IDs?

    It would be very interesting to develop a feature that enables customers to prioritise their cost saving opportunities based on potential financial benefits and to assess these opportunities within an effort matrix for better decision-making alongside the Insight feature.

    Feature => Cost savings evaluation tool:
    It would be a complementary tool with Insights that allows customers to input data and receive an estimation of the financial benefits from the insights and recommendations provided.

  10. Hello Product Team,

    I am writing to submit a feature request to address a critical issue we are facing with the management of AWS Root Account email notifications for multiple orgs under our management.

    Issue Summary:
    Currently, when we onboard subsidiaries and assign dedicated AWS Management Account Root email addresses, all notifications are being directed to the same mailbox. This setup results in important notifications being shared across subsidiaries, leading to potential security and privacy concerns.   11. Customers have requested a tool that would help them to better forecast their costs, based partially on the history (which we already have) with the ability to adjust, such as:
    - simulate a cost optimisation across specific workloads / projects / accounts of 10% per month over 3 months.
    - simulate deployment of new services at different times in the next year. e.g. we know we'll deploy a thing that costs $10k/month and grow to $20k over a few months.

  13. Customer would like to have the ability to rename their AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator.
    They understand that it would technically be easier to edit these directly in each account's AWS Console, but they work in a decentralised fashion with several different teams/companies managing each of these accounts, making it very difficult for them to edit these in practice, so they would like to have the ability to change/rename their AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator.
