Period Coverage Breakdown Shown in Invoices for Proper Accruing
To help us with our internal accounting and payment processes, we kindly ask that all invoices clearly state the period covered by the billed services. This applies to invoices related to AWS Marketplace where there can be upfront payments for longer time periods (more than a month).
For example if we pay a service upfront every quarter via AWS Marketplace, then we need to see the relevant period covered on the invoice, to properly accrue for the service. See image attached for example. Even though the invoice is for April, the payment relates to a service that covers from April…14 votesDue to previously planned work for the remainder of the year and into January, this work is slated for Q1 / early Q2 of 2026.

Creating bulk edit capabilities in the portal for biz ops
Is there a way to look at creating a mechanism where sales can make bulk account ownership changes?
We are currently dependent on scripts to make changes and there are times the urgency doesn't match the availability of engineers.
Can we either:
Get access to run the script
Develop a function in the console that allows us to bulk update
Allow us to assign account ownership in SFDC and replicate to the console via integrations2 votesDue to previously planned work for the remainder of the year and into January, this work is slated for Q1 / early Q2 of 2026.

Invoice period as a column
Allow for invoices to have "Invoice period" column which you can sort by. When you reissue an invoice that information does not exist or gets lost. All invoices should have (mandatory, by law) an explicit period listed for which the invoice is charged.

Quickly raise Invoice issue
Add a button next to invoice to more easily raise an issue around that invoice.
Should help with speeding up payments.

Make GCP Marketplace a one-time payment option
Is there any chance if we can test on the GCP Marketplace if we can offer DoiT's DCI offering as an all upfront payment?
A customer would be very keen to do this and we have the contractual mechanism on this side.
Some Google teams have suggested it wouldn't be possible but Sebastian based on what he could see, seemed to think it would be possible
Per House BP:
Assuming all upfront means annual payment, I see that it is possible to create a private offer for such. However our backend doesn't support annual, so some refinement and development would…1 voteDue to previously planned work for the remainder of the year and into January, this work is slated for Q1 / early Q2 of 2026.

Split 'unallocated' costs by account
Customers with shared resource accounts that need to be split amongst business units (or some other allocation) need to create allocations for those accounts and then do cost splitting. This can get tedious for large customers.
Instead of requiring 100% coverage of allocations in order to do cost splitting, allow customers when using an allocation to split by account to re-allocate the costs for shared resources.

Enable Attribution Groups in Alerts
Today, I can't scope an Alert to an attribution group — only attributions. However, I think there's a compelling use case.
If I create an attribution group "Engineering Team" I might want to set an alert that then monitors for each individual team in that Attribution Group with the optional "Evaluate for each" setting. Today I can't do that. Instead I have to create an alert for each attribution.
Here's a video explaining my logic further. https://www.loom.com/share/9937b4dc51914bd08f9075b06c8e989c?sid=2e30b2b8-bbb1-438e-be58-610bb10bdc95
