  1. I want a logical place to request services from DoiT to get deeper help with an AI project, improve my architecture, security, or spot hidden inefficiencies in my costs to improve my cloud operations. I should be able to do this from the same place where I can search my past support cases.

When I go to my past support cases,
Add an option for 'Professional Services' next to the “Create a request” button so I can get services without having to get in touch with my Account Manager.

  2. Request for a flag for legacy clients under "partner-led premium support" who receive Partner Escalation at no cost.

We need to track "grandfathered" customers who receive PE (Partner Escalation) on GCP without being charged as a result of having a qualifying B2B agreement. A proposed solution involves creating dummy contracts in the console for these customers and adding a flag to identify grandfathered customers.

Core Problem: Grandfathered customers receiving PE on GCP are not being charged, but there's no clear flag to indicate this, leading to confusion for CRE teams and auditors, as they are dependent on a PLPS contract…

  3. The customer—specifically the person responsible for FinOps—would like the ability to compare specific time periods while excluding everything in between. For example, they want to compare June 2024 vs. June 2025, or Q2 2024 vs. Q2 2025, without including the months in between.

This is similar to the “this period vs. last month” view we currently offer, but they’re looking for a customizable comparison between non-consecutive timeframes—essentially, a way to isolate and break down specific months or quarters year over year.

  5. Today, I can't scope an Alert to an attribution group — only attributions. However, I think there's a compelling use case.

If I create an attribution group "Engineering Team" I might want to set an alert that then monitors for each individual team in that Attribution Group with the optional "Evaluate for each" setting. Today I can't do that. Instead I have to create an alert for each attribution.

Here's a video explaining my logic further. https://www.loom.com/share/9937b4dc51914bd08f9075b06c8e989c?sid=2e30b2b8-bbb1-438e-be58-610bb10bdc95

  7. Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way for a feature request to see when alerts go off in doit Budgets (for example when an alert threshold is reached for a budget), this can send off a SNOW (service now) ticket and assign to the designated person.

  8. Can you make Explorer widget to show data for longer than 30 day. It would be better if you can make it configurable so we can choose between 90,180,365 days.

  9. I want an alert whenever there's a daily spike of more than X $ in an aws account/gcp project. And I want that for all accounts, without specifying the account name. Meaning, if a new account/project is created, the anomaly alert will catch it.
