Period Coverage Breakdown Shown in Invoices for Proper Accruing
To help us with our internal accounting and payment processes, we kindly ask that all invoices clearly state the period covered by the billed services. This applies to invoices related to AWS Marketplace where there can be upfront payments for longer time periods (more than a month).
For example if we pay a service upfront every quarter via AWS Marketplace, then we need to see the relevant period covered on the invoice, to properly accrue for the service. See image attached for example. Even though the invoice is for April, the payment relates to a service that covers from April to June and the period is shown in the invoice so we can properly accrue for this.
