1. Ramp Plan Alerts

   We would like to be able to get alerts either monthly or quarterly alerting us to how we are pacing toward our EDP Commitment. It would be helpful information to allow customers the visibly into potential shortfall that was automatically being sent out.

   You can now subscribe to commitments in Commitment Manager. You can choose one or multiple cadences based on business need. You will receive an email or Slack notification on your progress in the current commitment period.

2. Include threshold in budget email subject

   When you send a budget threshold email, please put the percentage of the threshold in the subject. Always getting THRESHOLD EXCEEDED emails when the "threshold" is just 50%. The subject is very alarmist.

   Thanks for the great idea! We have implemented this and you should now see which threshold has been crossed in the email subject.

3. Include More Information in Budget Alert Notifications

   We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
   DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
   - The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
   - To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.

   We have released new budget emails that include additional information to help you understand how you're progressing relative to the budget.

4. Schedule Report j+2

   Dans les alertes de rapport, permettre de publier sur Slack ou par email le rapport, 2 jours plus tard afin d'avoir reçu la facturation global. Par exemple pour un rapport Monthly de publier le message à J+2

5. Alerts on unused licenses

   A suggestion is to have the option to set alerts on unused licenses (over 10).
   And have the alert sent to the client Admin/finance role in the company plus the doit/client slack channel.
