Currently offboarded customers have their invoices manually held, to prevent an erroneous invoice going out in the final month. This requires manual effort each month as its communicated via spreadsheet, and also is not easily visible to other stakeholders e.g. finance. Its proposed that invoicing utilises the contract expiry date / expiry status as an indicator.
