Single Email Login for Multiple Domains in DoIT Console
Hello Bonjour dear Product Team,
I am reaching out to suggest an enhancement to the DoIT console that would greatly benefit large organisations with multiple BUs, particularly those that have grown through acquisitions.
Issue Summary:
Currently, users must log in separately to each domain within the DoIT console to manage cloud resources and costs. This can be cumbersome for teams that oversee cloud management across various business units within a single company. The need to log out and log back in for each domain creates inefficiencies and complicates the management process.Desired Outcome:
We propose the implementation of a feature…11 votes -
Super Admin Role or Managerial Hierarchy for Reports and Dashboards Management
Dear Product Team,
I am reaching out to request the addition of a new feature that would greatly enhance the management capabilities within our customers' engineering teams.
I have a customer, he is an Engineering Manager, and he has encountered limitations in overseeing and managing the reports, dashboards, and alerts created by members of my team.Issue Summary:
Currently, there is no role or permission set that allows a manager or team lead to view, modify, or edit the reports, dashboards, or alerts created by other team members. This lack of oversight capability hinders effective team management and collaboration, as…7 votes -
Option to remove overdue invoices banner
When a customer has overdue invoices, Navigator shows a top banner with a warning to all signed-in users: "Overdue and outstanding invoices - We are unable to renew your Cloud subscription. Please pay overdue invoices or you may not be able to use these services."
A customer that has that banner while working with DoiT's teams to resolve the payment issue (transfers applied incorrectly to invoices, nothing overdue) suggested that the banner shouldn't be shown to all users or should be made configurable as it raises unnecessary repeated questions for them internally.

AVA in Customer Shared Channels
We recently had a request from a customer to get provider costs over slack similar to what Amazon Q provides on the AWS console but for slack.
I think it would be great for customers to have the ability to tag AVA on their shared slack channel and ask questions such as:
"How much have I spent on account xxxx in the past 30 days?"More details and Ofir's opinion here:

Support Cloud Carbon Footprint Reporting
New legal requirements mean more companies need to report on the carbon footprint of their cloud usage. AWS' own tool is often incorrect, and Azure's is difficult to use plus it requires customers to go into PowerBI. Ideally this would be something Navigator could support in our own reporting view.

Fullscreen for Ava
Customer Problem:
"A full-screen mode would be really handy. The interface feels cramped to me, on a regular 14" MacBook."

Dashboard Templates
Similar to Report Templates, customer would like to be able to create Dashboard templates. This would allow new teams to be able to quickly create dashboards that leadership has deemed to be related to KPIs.

Clarify Percentage Change View in Reports
Stacked column chart unclear for this type of report. The sums at the top of the columns are unclear. Perhaps we should restrict the type of report you can build if you view your data this way? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fCEVzsh4DYYjRs_W-r4GXiYTMRetWpMB/view

Advanced logic for Budget notifications
Today budget alerts are send when the actual percent of the budget is consumed. In order to reduce false alarms, it would be great if there would be an option to only send the alert if the projected cost of the budget will reach 100%.
For example, if I have a budget alert set to 50% and the predicted spend will not reach 100% this month the alert will not be sent.2 votes -
Attribution Groups Invoicing
We often have customers who need to manually update their invoice buckets. If we could have a function to use specific attribution groups to do this instead then it would save our customers using this function significant time in checking the invoice and then they would be able to make any adjustments without a large timesink

Export List of Cost Anomalies
Customer would like to be able to easily export a list of all Cost Anomalies. Right now the only way to get a $$ total of them is to add them up manually.

Allow for comparisons of partial months
Currently you can only do full month comparisons which makes it cumbersome to quickly compare how you're doing this month vs last at a granular level.
For example, we're currently 22 days into May. I want to see this month vs up to the 22nd of last month.
It's possible to do this breaking it down by days, but that gets very tedious trying to scroll up and down to compare the data, losing your place etc.

Sending Alerts to Slack channels
Customers would like to be able to send their alerts to either the shared Slack Channel and/or their own Slack channels
1 voteThis is possible via Zapier. However, we are looking into a more native way to achieve this.

Use BQ Lens feature without Advanced company level permissions for DoIT
I am writing to propose an enhancement to the BQ Lens feature within the DoiT Console. This suggestion stems from our recent experiences and challenges while trying to integrate BQ Lens into our systems at Froomle.
Current Challenge:
The BQ Lens feature currently requires granting organization-level permissions to DoiT for data sinking from all projects within an organization. This requirement is not compatible with our company’s security policies, which strictly adhere to the Principle of Least Privileges and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) protocols.Proposed Enhancement:
We propose an alternative approach where clients can manage the data sinking process internally, providing…3 votes
