Insights should respect organization scope (like Cloud Analytics does)
Cloud Analytics correctly honors organization scope — a user restricted to an organization only sees that organization's accounts. Insights does NOT: a user scoped to one organization sees resources from all accounts in the tenant (e.g. a user scoped to one org sees ~100+ EBS
volumes belonging to a different org's accounts). Please make Insights honor the same organization/allocation scope as Cloud Analytics. This is a privacy/confidentiality requirement when onboarding external staff who must only see their own organization.
