  1. Please enable the ability to attach and analyze images within Ava, particularly for internal usage with the Archon client where customers often attach documents and screenshots to tickets. Currently, Ava does not support attachments, leading to suboptimal responses when users attempt to get help with image-based content. For example, when users tried to have Ava describe screenshots, it failed to access the attachments, while other LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude handled the same task more effectively.

    Given that the LLM backend (gpt-40) already supports image analysis, implementing this feature should be feasible. This capability would significantly improve Ava’s usability, especially…

  2. Be able to ingest AWS Health events from the Master Payer Account and linked AWS accounts and show them in the Cloud Incident panel.

    If possible, be able to read each customer's MPA email to extract any notifications we might come up with. eg: Abuse reports, Automated alerts sent via email

  4. We recently had a request from a customer to get provider costs over slack similar to what Amazon Q provides on the AWS console but for slack.

    I think it would be great for customers to have the ability to tag AVA on their shared slack channel and ask questions such as:
    "How much have I spent on account xxxx in the past 30 days?"

  5. Right now all Marketplace spend is grouped under a single line item on our GCP invoices but some months we have 40%+ of our bill in Marketplace spend. I'd like to be able to see all of the marketplace line items separately on the invoice.

  6. I would it look better if we added logos next to Lens? For example, AWS Lens :aws: and GCP Lens :gcp_new:. It's not a burning issue, but I believe it would enhance the appearance. Also, it will be helpful when you create Custom Dashboards as well. I see them on Home screen but not when we click on Dashboard tab. Thanks.

  8. Interactive UI, similar to CHT or Vantage that lets you click on a service and automatically show you the drill down if the consumption. In addition, the reporting shows your current consumption vs last months exact time frame.

  9. AWS has the option to pay for more updated data in Cost Explorer. When a customer already pays for this, they would like to see it available in Navigator reporting.

  11. I want an alert whenever there's a daily spike of more than X $ in an aws account/gcp project. And I want that for all accounts, without specifying the account name. Meaning, if a new account/project is created, the anomaly alert will catch it.

  14. The customer wants to send scheduled reports to different Slack channels.

    For instance, they've created two separate reports: one covering data-related services like BigQuery, and another focusing on application-related services like GKE and GCE. They would like to send these reports to different Slack channels—specifically, the Data Team Channel and the Application Channel, respectively.

    Although Slack supports the channel email, it is only available for the Pro version.

  15. Support direct integration with Snowflake so that

    Snowflake direct integration with DoiT Cloud Navigator so that customers can track their Snowflake spend along with their cloud spend in Cost analytics, dashboard and via Snowflake lens.

    With few simple steps, customers should be able to integrate their Snowflake with Doit Cloud Navigator and once data is available customers can track the Snowflake cost using Snowflake lens and cloud analytics reports. Some examples of such reports are:

    • Top warehouses by cost
    • Top database by storage cost
    • Cost by region
    • Cost by usage type
    • Cost by service

Based on a customer request, breakdown of FlexCUD coverage by machine type and project. the following report shows most of the data but the calculation is more complex and cannot be achieved in a report. FlexCUD Lens or dashboard could be created to show: 1. coverage percentage 2. effective discount achieved

  17. Hi Team,

    would it be possible to have a summary in plain english of what is the expectations for my Alerts setup? Ideally a feature that looks at my Alerts configurations (both Budgets and Cost Alerts) and describes in plain english that I should receive an email when X happens, Y happens, etc. in a single pane of glass. It would be great to set expectations and avoid misconfigurations of customer alerts

  20. Every project that was billed in an invoice should stay as is in the reports, regardless of the current sate of the billing profile and accounts/projects assigned to.

    Currently, when using the "Invoice" chip, one needs to select the invoice bucket/billing profile. If a project/account has been removed in the meantime, even when selecting time range when project/account xxx was present - it does not show in the report, as the Invoice filter takes into account only projects/account already present in the billing prifle/invoice bucket
