SSL - DoiT Console / Onboarding
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): The impact of SSL on the DoiT Console has not been fully tested yet. Given the importance of encrypted communications, I would like to raise this feature request to UserVoice on behalf of our customer Autorola.
This way, we / the DoiT Product Team can evaluate and address it accordingly whether this is 1/ a straightforward fix or 2/ a more involved process.

Building a MAP Migration tool to assist in identification and tagging/tracking of MAP eligible workloads.
Building a MAP Migration tagging tool to assist in directions/ guidance using Ava to identify and tag MAP eligible workloads.
This would be displayed through a lens or dashboard to showcase - current tagged ARR to date, credits expected and credits received to date. I have sent pictures from a competitors tool that I can showcase. This has been a lead generator for competitors and would be very useful to help customers track their MAP tagged workloads and credits.
13 votesMonitor the costs and AWS credits of workloads migrated through AWS’s Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) with AWS MAP Lens , an out-of-the-box dashboard by DoiT that gives you a comprehensive financial view of your MAP migration.
If you have tagged AWS resources with the “ map-migration ” tag, the AWS MAP Lens will auto populate your spending and credits from past 12 months in a set of pre-defined widgets:
- MAP Spend History helps you track your migration spending trajectory and validate if actual costs match your TCO calculations, ensuring you can identify and respond to any concerning spending patterns early.
- MAP Spend by Service shows which AWS services are driving your migration costs, helping you spot optimization opportunities and validate if your service adoption aligns with the planned migration strategy.
- MAP Spend by Account enables you to monitor costs across different workloads and accounts, ensuring each migration…

Bulk Report Management in DoIT Console
Salut la Product Team,
I am writing to request an enhancement to the DoIT console that would streamline the process of managing reports within dashboards.
Issue Summary:
At present, the DoIT console requires users to add reports to dashboards individually. This process can be time-consuming and cumbersome, especially for users who need to manage a large number of reports across various dashboards.Desired Outcome:
I would like to see the introduction of a feature that allows users to add reports to dashboards in bulk, similar to how permissions and labels are currently managed within the console.
This feature should enable…6 votes -

Extend legend in Stacked Column view
Hello Team,
When running Stacked Column view for a report, the legend under the columns is separated into multiple 'pages' the customer need to click through to be able to interpret the report. In some cases, the customer has 20+ 'pages' of legend under the report due to the legends being spread too much on the screen.
The customer would like to suggest the legends to be collapsed into bigger chunks under the Stacked Column view, so it is more user friendly to analyze Stacked Column reports.
Thank you,

Amoritizing credits over the period they were used
Can DoiT Navigator support amoritizing credits across the months they were used? For example, if a customer received credits in July that covered usage from all of Q2. Is it possible to distribute these historically with the amoritized cost metric?
4 votesThis is already supported. Credits get applied by AWS to usage as it's consumed, which is how Amortised Costs picks it up

Make Organization Scope and Assignment More Intuitive
Currently it is not possible to assign a DoiT Organization to a new user when they are invited to Navigator. We propose the following changes:
1. Make it clear which Organization is the "default" organization by using that term. The default Org should include all data for all clouds.
2. Enable the selection of an Organization for new users in the "Invite new user" flow. Currently it is only possible to select their Role.
3. Automatically add all Users to the default Organization unless they are moved to a different Organization.4 votes -
Include More Information in Budget Alert Notifications
We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
- The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
- To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.4 votesWe have released new budget emails that include additional information to help you understand how you're progressing relative to the budget.

Sharing support for report API
When creating a Report, the default visibility is set to "private" in the console. Using the API (and TF provider), it would be nice to be able to set the visibility of the report.

'Pause' while running heavy Reporting
Hello Team,
the customer would like to be able to 'Pause' the process of running heavy reports which would allow last minute adjustments to be done within Group By/ Filter before the data loads.
Running heavy reports takes time to load, and if any adjustments need to be done to Filtering or Group By they need to wait first until the heavy report loads before they can go back and adjust and re-load.
A 'Stop' or 'Pause' button would help this.
Kind Regards,

EKS Lens Docs Improvement
Deployment requires a Deployment_ID variable as an input parameter, but our docs are sparse on how and where to find that, also it's currently a manual process to get that, it'd be nice if it was deterministically generated id, which might help make automation from scratch easier without a manual process of manually looking up the dynamically generated input variable.

add more relevant fields to cost anomaly api
just feedback on the cost anomaly feature on doit console: it is awesome!!
we are using the API to pull the events and show them internally to the corresponding teams
feature request: can we get some more critical fields on the api response
we are missing mainly the status : is the alert still active or not
idealy the end_date of an alert would be awesome, since you have that information and you show it on the UI2 votesHello Zakaria,
Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We're happy to inform you that we've implemented the requested feature. We hope you enjoy it! Your input is essential to us, so please don't hesitate to share any other ideas you may have.
Best regards,

Heatmap Visualization of Resource Costs in Cloud Diagrams
As a user, I want Cloud Diagrams to visually highlight resources based on their cost impact, so I can quickly identify the most expensive components in my environment. This will help prioritize cost optimization efforts by making high-cost areas easier to detect at a glance, especially in complex infrastructures.

Ensure those with essentials contract can get a trial.
Customers on essentials or other entitlements that want a trial have to remove the essentials contract, otherwise the customer loses the trial entitlements daily. If the customer decides not to move to paid DCI, someone will need to remember to add a new essentials contract. We need to consider if trial contracts override any existing tier.
