Add internal metadata to Analytics Frontend
For doers it would be nice to add additional meta data to reports, like in this case:
Oct 9th @2PM but the report only shows billing data until Oct 8th.
- when was the latest run of our data pipeline?
- when was this data cached last?
- why don't we show newer data?

We already show when a report was cached. Billing data has latency, which is why the data doesn't go all the way up to oct 9.
