  2. We would like to be able to get alerts either monthly or quarterly alerting us to how we are pacing toward our EDP Commitment. It would be helpful information to allow customers the visibly into potential shortfall that was automatically being sent out.

  3. Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way for a feature request to see when alerts go off in doit Budgets (for example when an alert threshold is reached for a budget), this can send off a SNOW (service now) ticket and assign to the designated person.

  4. I want an alert whenever there's a daily spike of more than X $ in an aws account/gcp project. And I want that for all accounts, without specifying the account name. Meaning, if a new account/project is created, the anomaly alert will catch it.

  5. Hi Team,

would it be possible to have a summary in plain english of what is the expectations for my Alerts setup? Ideally a feature that looks at my Alerts configurations (both Budgets and Cost Alerts) and describes in plain english that I should receive an email when X happens, Y happens, etc. in a single pane of glass. It would be great to set expectations and avoid misconfigurations of customer alerts

  6. A suggestion is to have the option to set alerts on unused licenses (over 10).
And have the alert sent to the client Admin/finance role in the company plus the doit/client slack channel.

  7. Today budget alerts are send when the actual percent of the budget is consumed. In order to reduce false alarms, it would be great if there would be an option to only send the alert if the projected cost of the budget will reach 100%.
For example, if I have a budget alert set to 50% and the predicted spend will not reach 100% this month the alert will not be sent.

  8. Additionally, the DoiT budget report doesn't include taxes, while our AWS budget does. Could it be possible to customize the configuration to include taxes in the budget cost?

  9. We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
    - The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
    - To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.
