Annual self service O365 subscription
Currently, customers using the Doit console to purchase Microsoft 365 subscriptions or licenses are limited to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions require direct engagement with our sales team. This necessitates the creation of annual contracts, often for a small number of licenses, which consumes significant time in managing Ironclad and Salesforce for minimal revenue.
To improve efficiency, I propose enabling customers to purchase a limited number of Microsoft 365 licenses (e.g., fewer than 50) through our console with both monthly and annual billing options. This would significantly reduce the administrative overhead associated with low-volume annual contracts.

Deploy CFN stack only to org account and generate diagrams for all selected member accounts
I noted that currently, Cloud Diagrams CFN stack needs to be deployed to any account, and does not seem to leverage the org account's Resource Explorer access on all resources. I would think access to that would allow for gathering the info needed to generate a diagram, but perhaps the data are incomplete?
But if that's possible, then it could also become a standard onboarding product as well (optional) for customers.

Filter Insights by Attribution
As an individual on a team or working on a specific product, I'd like to see which portion of my company's total insights can be implemented by my team. This helps me understand which cost opt / security recommendations are within my team's control.
Similar concept to why we allow users to filter for anomaly alerts by an Attribution or might recommend customers to create customers dashboards made up of reports that are filtered to an Attribution (rather than looking at a Lens). If you're going to provide lambda/policy/eventbridge config to organize OUs automatically when FlexSave accounts are added to the org, you might as well provide some IAC (terraform/cloudformation) to deploy it.

GCP Project Billing Bucket Assignment Rules
When we create projects in GCP, all projects that we create end up in the same billing bucket in the DoiT console. It would be great if we could set up some rules / configuration on the DoiT side to organize projects into different billing buckets based on the GCP project labels / tags. If that was possible, then it's easy for us to just label the projects we create appropriately in our Terraform. Lacking that, even enabling us to manage billing bucket project allocations via your REST API would be preferable to manually assigning projects.

Restricts admin access to one or more billing profiles
We are a group of companies sharing a common DoIT console space.
Each company has a unique billing profile. Each company has one or more Google billing accounts associated with its billing profile.
We need the administrators of each company to be able to view and configure their own invoices, billing profiles, etc., but not those of other companies.
They currently have administrator privileges and can view and modify the invoices and all settings for all companies. We would like to associate administrator rights with a specific billing profile so that administrators can only view and modify what is linked…4 votes -
Could we create one 'all in' invoice for DoiT Services and Products? I.e. including DoiT Navigator and Solve + Cloud usage.
All in invoice instead of separate invoices for cloud usage + Navigator.
