Based on a customer request, breakdown of FlexCUD coverage by machine type and project. the following report shows most of the data but the calculation is more complex and cannot be achieved in a report. FlexCUD Lens or dashboard could be created to show: 1. coverage percentage 2. effective discount achieved

  2. Hi Team,

    would it be possible to have a summary in plain english of what is the expectations for my Alerts setup? Ideally a feature that looks at my Alerts configurations (both Budgets and Cost Alerts) and describes in plain english that I should receive an email when X happens, Y happens, etc. in a single pane of glass. It would be great to set expectations and avoid misconfigurations of customer alerts

  3. Hi Team, would it be possible to add a "Test Alert" button for Cost and Budget Alerts. This allows customers to verify if the channel is working correctly without altering the logic of their alerts.

  5. Every project that was billed in an invoice should stay as is in the reports, regardless of the current sate of the billing profile and accounts/projects assigned to.

    Currently, when using the "Invoice" chip, one needs to select the invoice bucket/billing profile. If a project/account has been removed in the meantime, even when selecting time range when project/account xxx was present - it does not show in the report, as the Invoice filter takes into account only projects/account already present in the billing prifle/invoice bucket

  6. Feature Request: Cloud Vendor Filtering
    This is just a suggestion - since we onboarded AWS (previously we only had GCP) it's gotten annoying to filter each cloud vendor when I want to look at it specifically.

    I'd suggest adding the option to filter cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) somewhere else and not under the Filter drop-down menu.

    Doing these multiple clicks each time isn't very convenient.

  9. We often have customers who need to manually update their invoice buckets. If we could have a function to use specific attribution groups to do this instead then it would save our customers using this function significant time in checking the invoice and then they would be able to make any adjustments without a large timesink

  10. A customer expressed to see an option to switch seamlessly between several different tenants that are under one company.
    For example, Tenant A, B, C under Company 1 to have a dedicated dashboard where they can switch between them.

  11. Customer is using the multi organizational features and would like for the admins to be able to create reports and share them to specific organizations with in their tenant. This would allow them to easily create reports for the individual org and share them out to the correct groups of users.

  12. Customer is beginning to leverage the multi org features with in Navigator and would like those features to extend to the Consulting and Support area as well. They would like for the ticket history to only show tickets that have been opened by member of that specific Organization. They are trying to seperate everything out and would like those additional controls in place.

  13. When a customer has overdue invoices, Navigator shows a top banner with a warning to all signed-in users: "Overdue and outstanding invoices - We are unable to renew your Cloud subscription. Please pay overdue invoices or you may not be able to use these services."

    A customer that has that banner while working with DoiT's teams to resolve the payment issue (transfers applied incorrectly to invoices, nothing overdue) suggested that the banner shouldn't be shown to all users or should be made configurable as it raises unnecessary repeated questions for them internally.

  15. With the newly introduced DataHub, it would be great if we could provide connectors for easy ingestion of cloud sustainability data:

    This functionality would allow allocation and visualization of sustainability data behind a single pane of glass within DoiT Navigator.

  16. We'd like to adjust our anomaly detection to allow selection of custom cost tag.

    For instance, our primary cost tag is the Component tag, we now often get SKU-based anomalies that aren’t anomalies when looking at en entire Component tag value.

    For instance: We may have a cluster tagged with Component=EMRCluster1 that switched from using one type of EC2 instance to the other. This will show up as an anomaly, but the entire service under this Component tag didn't necessarily have an anomaly.

    30-50% of the anomalies we get now are now red herrings because of this.

  17. A suggestion is to have the option to set alerts on unused licenses (over 10).
    And have the alert sent to the client Admin/finance role in the company plus the doit/client slack channel.

  18. Today budget alerts are send when the actual percent of the budget is consumed. In order to reduce false alarms, it would be great if there would be an option to only send the alert if the projected cost of the budget will reach 100%.
    For example, if I have a budget alert set to 50% and the predicted spend will not reach 100% this month the alert will not be sent.

  20. We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
    DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
    - The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
    - To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.
