  1. Currently you can only do full month comparisons which makes it cumbersome to quickly compare how you're doing this month vs last at a granular level.

For example, we're currently 22 days into May. I want to see this month vs up to the 22nd of last month.

It's possible to do this breaking it down by days, but that gets very tedious trying to scroll up and down to compare the data, losing your place etc.

  2. Hello la Product Team,

It would be very interesting to develop a feature that enables customers to prioritise their cost saving opportunities based on potential financial benefits and to assess these opportunities within an effort matrix for better decision-making alongside the Insight feature.

Feature => Cost savings evaluation tool:
It would be a complementary tool with Insights that allows customers to input data and receive an estimation of the financial benefits from the insights and recommendations provided.
The tool should be able to differentiate between savings, spend reduction, and cost avoidance.
The output should clearly indicate the monetary value associated…

  3. They would like the ability to set default sharing settings for all of their Cloud analytics reports. For instance they would want to have have view-only sharing settings be the default for all user-created custom reports.

  4. The customer reports that there is something wrong with the cost anomaly tool, and that they are receiving false alarms every day.
Because of this and the alert fatigue they plan to disregard Cost Anomalies moving forward, despite getting a lot of value from it in the past.

  5. When setting up a report for email delivery, it would be nice if it could be set to include multiple chart options. As an example, to include both the stacked bar and chart option.

Or to possibly include two reports in one email where they show the different chart types in the same email.

  6. New legal requirements mean more companies need to report on the carbon footprint of their cloud usage. AWS' own tool is often incorrect, and Azure's is difficult to use plus it requires customers to go into PowerBI. Ideally this would be something Navigator could support in our own reporting view.

  7. Similar to Report Templates, customer would like to be able to create Dashboard templates. This would allow new teams to be able to quickly create dashboards that leadership has deemed to be related to KPIs.

  8. Stacked column chart unclear for this type of report. The sums at the top of the columns are unclear. Perhaps we should restrict the type of report you can build if you view your data this way? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fCEVzsh4DYYjRs_W-r4GXiYTMRetWpMB/view

  10. Customer wishes they could annotate reports in the console so they can mark which month eg. they made a specific change in their infrastructure. This way dips or spikes that were expected could be clarified in reports with a little note.

  17. Hi Team,

I'd like to propose a graphical enhancement to reports visualisation

    Issue Summary:
When using reports with 2-dimensional graphical chart types (Stacked Columns, Lines, etc) users infer the trends in their costs eyeballing the data as there's no trend (or regression) line describing visually how the data changed over time. This leads to reports lacking information and requiring extra steps to get to the desired information

    Desired Outcome:
A graphical aid that tells the user if the data is trending upwards or downwards and by how much in an intuitive manner

    Suggested Solution:
A linear (to keep it computationally…

  18. Salut la Product Team,

I am writing to request an enhancement to the EKS Lens reporting feature within the [Your Cloud Management Platform Name].
I have noticed (and I am not the only one) that in the cost reports generated by EKS Lens, there are instances where costs are labeled as "N/A," particularly in relation to the "EC2-Other" category.
This label is not very convenient for understanding the allocation of costs and can lead to confusion when analysing customers' cloud expenditure.

    Issue Encountered:
In the Navigator EKS cost reports, it is frequently encountered that a label "N/A" which seems to…

  19. Hello Bonjour dear Product Team,

I am reaching out to suggest an enhancement to the DoIT console that would greatly benefit large organisations with multiple BUs, particularly those that have grown through acquisitions.

    Issue Summary:
Currently, users must log in separately to each domain within the DoIT console to manage cloud resources and costs. This can be cumbersome for teams that oversee cloud management across various business units within a single company. The need to log out and log back in for each domain creates inefficiencies and complicates the management process.

    Desired Outcome:
We propose the implementation of a feature…

  20. Dear Product Team,

I am reaching out to request the addition of a new feature that would greatly enhance the management capabilities within our customers' engineering teams.
I have a customer, he is an Engineering Manager, and he has encountered limitations in overseeing and managing the reports, dashboards, and alerts created by members of my team.

    Issue Summary:
Currently, there is no role or permission set that allows a manager or team lead to view, modify, or edit the reports, dashboards, or alerts created by other team members. This lack of oversight capability hinders effective team management and collaboration, as…
