Ava in CloudDiagrams UI
We recently released the ability for Ava to be Cloud Diagrams aware, but in order to make this work you have to go back and forth between the CloudDiagrams UI and the DCI UI making the experience pretty clunky. This makes the barrier to entry pretty high to get value out of the feature.
That being said, the output I got from the questions I asked was quite good and accurate. I asked what other services and resources are connected to a specific Lambda function.

Limit Results by Total or Percentage Change
When using the data views of either percentage change or absolute change, The customer would like to be able to limit those results by both value and/or top/bottom.
For Example if viewing spend using percentage change, they would like to be able to use the limit result feature to say only show me the accounts that have percentage change 25% or more.

Executive Level Cloud Diagrams
A customer would like the ability to create high level "Executive Diagrams" that does not show the same level of detail that is currently being showcased. Would like something to show leadership that visualizes that it is say a 3 tier web app and the relevant services.

Add a Get request API method
Can we have an API method to get a ticket by ticket ID with all the metadata and comments?
For internal DoiT usage, can we have this working just with a ticket # since they are unique across customers? For example:
curl --request GET \
--url 'https://api.doit.com/support/v1/tickets/id' \
--header 'Authorization: Bearer API_KEY' \
--header 'accept: application/json'1 vote -

Custom S3 Policy Statements in CloudFormation Templates (EKS)
Due to security scans and their results, customers may require to update the S3 policies for the S3 buckets that DoiT manages and uses for EKS Lens.
Please review whether ths following policy can be implemented for all customers (attached)

Ability to detect anomaly on monthly cost granularity
If there is a gradual increase in cost on daly basis such increase will not be considered as an anomaly as the data would look like an expected increase however if we compare this cost over month to month the increase can be significant. Hence it is worth generating anomalies on such cost spikes on Monthly granularity.

Snowflake Lens Integration Visualization
When the Snowflake Lens is first connected, there is nothing on the screen that would designate it's processing. Similar to AWS Lens, EKS Lens, Pulse, etc - it would be extremely helpful to provide visualization of some sort that billing data is getting ingested.
Here's link showing the lack of information on end user's side: https://share.zight.com/rRuKk9ge

Annual self service O365 subscription
Currently, customers using the Doit console to purchase Microsoft 365 subscriptions or licenses are limited to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions require direct engagement with our sales team. This necessitates the creation of annual contracts, often for a small number of licenses, which consumes significant time in managing Ironclad and Salesforce for minimal revenue.
To improve efficiency, I propose enabling customers to purchase a limited number of Microsoft 365 licenses (e.g., fewer than 50) through our console with both monthly and annual billing options. This would significantly reduce the administrative overhead associated with low-volume annual contracts.

Expand Real-time anomaly detection for additional AWS Services such as ECS
Expand DoiT’s real-time anomaly detection capabilities to cover additional AWS services, such as Amazon ECS.
Use Case:
In the event of a container being compromised—whether due to a security breach or a misconfiguration—the resulting spike in resource consumption can quickly lead to unexpected charges, potentially costing hundreds or even thousands of dollars before the issue is detected.By leveraging real-time anomaly detection, these incidents can be identified proactively using your usage logs, often before they appear in standard cloud billing or usage reports, which typically have a delay of 24 to 48 hours. This early detection helps minimize financial impact…

Set Cost Anomaly Detection on Attributes via API
It would be great if we could set the Cost Anomaly Detection on Attributes via API and therefore terraform.
We manage our DoIt Attributes and Groups via terraform and want to avoid any manual configuration.

Enable Attribution Groups in Alerts
Today, I can't scope an Alert to an attribution group — only attributions. However, I think there's a compelling use case.
If I create an attribution group "Engineering Team" I might want to set an alert that then monitors for each individual team in that Attribution Group with the optional "Evaluate for each" setting. Today I can't do that. Instead I have to create an alert for each attribution.
Here's a video explaining my logic further. https://www.loom.com/share/9937b4dc51914bd08f9075b06c8e989c?sid=2e30b2b8-bbb1-438e-be58-610bb10bdc95

GCP Project Billing Bucket Assignment Rules
When we create projects in GCP, all projects that we create end up in the same billing bucket in the DoiT console. It would be great if we could set up some rules / configuration on the DoiT side to organize projects into different billing buckets based on the GCP project labels / tags. If that was possible, then it's easy for us to just label the projects we create appropriately in our Terraform. Lacking that, even enabling us to manage billing bucket project allocations via your REST API would be preferable to manually assigning projects.

Enable AWS Hourly Data in Navigator
AWS has the option to pay for more updated data in Cost Explorer. When a customer already pays for this, they would like to see it available in Navigator reporting.
