  1. Customer would like to be able to adjust reports vertically to make some reports larger in a dashboard. They would also like to display a single number, such as a health metric or total cloud cost, in a widget in a custom dashboard. This would make the dashboard tool more user-friendly and visually appealing.

  3. Hello Team,

    The customer would like to see their RI Fees broken down through the days of the month. Currently, RI Fee only shows up at the beginning of the month, or on the days where additional reservations happened, however, daily breakdown of those is not available.

    To monitor amortized cost, the customer needs to see quickly how the RI Fee looks like/ day.

  4. We would like to be able to get alerts either monthly or quarterly alerting us to how we are pacing toward our EDP Commitment. It would be helpful information to allow customers the visibly into potential shortfall that was automatically being sent out.

  5. Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way for a feature request to see when alerts go off in doit Budgets (for example when an alert threshold is reached for a budget), this can send off a SNOW (service now) ticket and assign to the designated person.

  7. Currently, reports with "daily" time intervals often show unreasonable forecast trend lines, which reduces confidence in DoiT's forecasting algorithm. Can we update this so that the forecast takes into account likely fluctuations?

  8. Customer plans to enable SSO for their entity/specific domain, and would like to be able to automatically assign the proper DoiT Organization restriction to all users with this domain who sign in via SSO. Currently this assignment must be managed manually, which is complicated as the customer plans to invite a high number of users.

  9. This is an idea for all lenses

    Add a "Contact an <Lens> Expert" button to all Lenses dashboards that would automatically open a CRE ticket with all relevant context.

    For example the GKE Lens should have a "Contact a GKE Expert)
    This way customers have better experience and quick access to our CRE team

  10. Most Google customers do not have BQ export enabled for their direct / other partner billing accounts. The few who do, usually have only the standard BQ export options. Importing historical data makes the Navigator more useful faster and enables customers to compare their better new DoiT pricing with their older pricing. Allow customers to import all types of BQ exports and not just the new detailed schema which most customers do not use.

  11. Customer would like to have the ability to rename their AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator.
    They understand that it would technically be easier to edit these directly in each account's AWS Console, but they work in a decentralised fashion with several different teams/companies managing each of these accounts, making it very difficult for them to edit these in practice, so they would like to have the ability to change/rename their AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator.

  16. I think it's important that the names we give pre-built reports accurately reflect what those reports show. Shouldn't this report be called something like "Top 10 Users by Query Cost" instead?

  17. When creating a Report, the default visibility is set to "private" in the console. Using the API (and TF provider), it would be nice to be able to set the visibility of the report.

  18. Please make it possible to rename the slack connect channel.

    The slack channel for notifications was automatically created and added to our organization as a shared slack connect channel. The name of this channel is just our company name, so it is really hard to see that this channel is actually related to doit

    Usually our slack connect channels have the name of both companies so you can immediately see which partner organization the channel belongs to

  19. Hello Team,

    When running Stacked Column view for a report, the legend under the columns is separated into multiple 'pages' the customer need to click through to be able to interpret the report. In some cases, the customer has 20+ 'pages' of legend under the report due to the legends being spread too much on the screen.

    The customer would like to suggest the legends to be collapsed into bigger chunks under the Stacked Column view, so it is more user friendly to analyze Stacked Column reports.
