  1. Hello Team,

    The customer is lacking the functionality to combine multiple Metrics into one report to get overall cost views quicker and easier.

    At the moment, the customer needs to choose one specific Metric, and crate individual reports on that chosen Metric. The only way to get overview information on Savings, Amortized Cost, Amortized Savings. etc. is to bring those individual source reports to a Dashboard.

    Suggestion:

    Allow multiple Metrics to be included when creating a report for a better overview on specific costs. This would help to see all information on a specific Service for example, so all cost…

  2. Hello la Product Team,

    It would be very interesting to develop a feature that enables customers to prioritise their cost saving opportunities based on potential financial benefits and to assess these opportunities within an effort matrix for better decision-making alongside the Insight feature.

    Feature => Cost savings evaluation tool:
    It would be a complementary tool with Insights that allows customers to input data and receive an estimation of the financial benefits from the insights and recommendations provided.

  3. Issue: trying to query large and granular datasets from the Billing data source.
    This is not possible without pagination since the rate limit and payload size limit are insufficient to do it in scale.
    Pagination is already implemented in other endpoints in the analytics API but not in the endpoint that will be most affected by it.

  4. Currently it is not possible to assign a DoiT Organization to a new user when they are invited to Navigator. We propose the following changes:
    1. Make it clear which Organization is the "default" organization by using that term. The default Org should include all data for all clouds.
    2. Enable the selection of an Organization for new users in the "Invite new user" flow. Currently it is only possible to select their Role.
    3. Automatically add all Users to the default Organization unless they are moved to a different Organization.

  5. Hello Product Team,

    I am writing to submit a feature request to address a critical issue we are facing with the management of AWS Root Account email notifications for multiple orgs under our management.

    Issue Summary:
    Currently, when we onboard subsidiaries and assign dedicated AWS Management Account Root email addresses, all notifications are being directed to the same mailbox. This setup results in important notifications being shared across subsidiaries, leading to potential security and privacy concerns.   6. This is an idea for all lenses

    Add a "Contact an <Lens> Expert" button to all Lenses dashboards that would automatically open a CRE ticket with all relevant context.

    For example the GKE Lens should have a "Contact a GKE Expert)
    This way customers have better experience and quick access to our CRE team

  7. Every project that was billed in an invoice should stay as is in the reports, regardless of the current sate of the billing profile and accounts/projects assigned to.

    Currently, when using the "Invoice" chip, one needs to select the invoice bucket/billing profile. If a project/account has been removed in the meantime, even when selecting time range when project/account xxx was present - it does not show in the report, as the Invoice filter takes into account only projects/account already present in the billing prifle/invoice bucket

  8. The customer reports that there is something wrong with the cost anomaly tool, and that they are receiving false alarms every day.
    Because of this and the alert fatigue they plan to disregard Cost Anomalies moving forward, despite getting a lot of value from it in the past.

  9. Customer Problem:

    As a customer, I would like to be able to send notifications such as Cost Anomalies, invoices, quota monitoring, cloud incidents, etc., to Microsoft Teams public and private channels in a native way, similar to the functionality that exists today for Slack.

  11. We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
    DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
    - The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
    - To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.

  13. We recently had a request from a customer to get provider costs over slack similar to what Amazon Q provides on the AWS console but for slack.

    I think it would be great for customers to have the ability to tag AVA on their shared slack channel and ask questions such as:
    "How much have I spent on account xxxx in the past 30 days?"

    I am writing to request an enhancement to the EKS Lens reporting feature within the [Your Cloud Management Platform Name].
    I have noticed (and I am not the only one) that in the cost reports generated by EKS Lens, there are instances where costs are labeled as "N/A," particularly in relation to the "EC2-Other" category.
    This label is not very convenient for understanding the allocation of costs and can lead to confusion when analysing customers' cloud expenditure.

  17. Customer would like to be able to adjust reports vertically to make some reports larger in a dashboard. They would also like to display a single number, such as a health metric or total cloud cost, in a widget in a custom dashboard.   19. Hello Team,

    The customer would like to see their RI Fees broken down through the days of the month. Currently, RI Fee only shows up at the beginning of the month, or on the days where additional reservations happened, however, daily breakdown of those is not available.

    To monitor amortized cost, the customer needs to see quickly how the RI Fee looks like/ day.
