Include tax & support charges in forecast
Make the forecast on the pulse and lens dashboards include tax and support.
I'm not sure it does that already and it always adds an extra large chunk on top of whatever was forecasted.

Enable Attribution Groups in Alerts
Today, I can't scope an Alert to an attribution group — only attributions. However, I think there's a compelling use case.
If I create an attribution group "Engineering Team" I might want to set an alert that then monitors for each individual team in that Attribution Group with the optional "Evaluate for each" setting. Today I can't do that. Instead I have to create an alert for each attribution.
Here's a video explaining my logic further. https://www.loom.com/share/9937b4dc51914bd08f9075b06c8e989c?sid=2e30b2b8-bbb1-438e-be58-610bb10bdc95

Stop Cost Anomaly False Positives
The customer reports that there is something wrong with the cost anomaly tool, and that they are receiving false alarms every day.
Because of this and the alert fatigue they plan to disregard Cost Anomalies moving forward, despite getting a lot of value from it in the past.5 votes -

Fill the monthly forecast for current month in AWS/GCP Lens
Eg. the month of October shows now only the actual spend and November is the forecast.
Ideally, from a monitoring point of view, it would be nice if the month of October could be filled on top with the forecast to see it nicely per month.1 vote -
Option to Add in Taxes to Budgets
Additionally, the DoiT budget report doesn't include taxes, while our AWS budget does. Could it be possible to customize the configuration to include taxes in the budget cost?

Include More Information in Budget Alert Notifications
We have set up Budgets in the DoiT console, and unfortunately, the alert notification isn't as complete as the existing AWS Budget with a breakdown of services.
DoiT requires logging into the Console to view Budget Details, which is not that user-friendly for the following reasons:
- The recipient requires access to the DoiT console.
- To view the service breakdown, it requires investigating the budget and generating the report to view the usage breakdown.4 votes -
AVA in Customer Shared Channels
We recently had a request from a customer to get provider costs over slack similar to what Amazon Q provides on the AWS console but for slack.
I think it would be great for customers to have the ability to tag AVA on their shared slack channel and ask questions such as:
"How much have I spent on account xxxx in the past 30 days?"More details and Ofir's opinion here:

Improved Labelling for Unallocated Costs in EKS Lens Reports
Salut la Product Team,
I am writing to request an enhancement to the EKS Lens reporting feature within the [Your Cloud Management Platform Name].
I have noticed (and I am not the only one) that in the cost reports generated by EKS Lens, there are instances where costs are labeled as "N/A," particularly in relation to the "EC2-Other" category.
This label is not very convenient for understanding the allocation of costs and can lead to confusion when analysing customers' cloud expenditure.Issue Encountered:
In the Navigator EKS cost reports, it is frequently encountered that a label "N/A" which seems to…4 votes -
Use Organizations to manage reports
Customer is using the multi organizational features and would like for the admins to be able to create reports and share them to specific organizations with in their tenant. This would allow them to easily create reports for the individual org and share them out to the correct groups of users.

Support for AWS data in billing export table
It would be extremely useful to include data on AWS costs in the DoiT billing export table, in addition to the existing data on GCP costs.

GCP Project Billing Bucket Assignment Rules
When we create projects in GCP, all projects that we create end up in the same billing bucket in the DoiT console. It would be great if we could set up some rules / configuration on the DoiT side to organize projects into different billing buckets based on the GCP project labels / tags. If that was possible, then it's easy for us to just label the projects we create appropriately in our Terraform. Lacking that, even enabling us to manage billing bucket project allocations via your REST API would be preferable to manually assigning projects.

Generate Service Now ticket from Budget alert
Hi, I'm wondering if there's a way for a feature request to see when alerts go off in doit Budgets (for example when an alert threshold is reached for a budget), this can send off a SNOW (service now) ticket and assign to the designated person.

Ability to rename AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator
Customer would like to have the ability to rename their AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator.
They understand that it would technically be easier to edit these directly in each account's AWS Console, but they work in a decentralised fashion with several different teams/companies managing each of these accounts, making it very difficult for them to edit these in practice, so they would like to have the ability to change/rename their AWS assets from the DoiT Cloud Navigator.1 vote -
