I need to be able to easily request Workshop services that are included in my DCI plan
I want to schedule a Workshop with CREs, included with my DCI subscription, I should not have to go through the headache of a long contract process to get started.
When I go to Request a Workshop, I should be presented with Terms and Conditions so that we agree to the necessary customer, delivery and timeline expectations and acknowledge them.
Once I have agreed to the Workshop terms and conditions, my request should go directly to a CRE, not my account manager.

Period Coverage Breakdown Shown in Invoices for Proper Accruing
To help us with our internal accounting and payment processes, we kindly ask that all invoices clearly state the period covered by the billed services. This applies to invoices related to AWS Marketplace where there can be upfront payments for longer time periods (more than a month).
For example if we pay a service upfront every quarter via AWS Marketplace, then we need to see the relevant period covered on the invoice, to properly accrue for the service. See image attached for example. Even though the invoice is for April, the payment relates to a service that covers from April…15 votesDue to previously planned work for the remainder of the year and into January, this work is slated for Q1 / early Q2 of 2026.

Account alias column in insights table
On the insights detail pages, it would be nice to have a column for the account alias in the table. So I can see [Redacted Account Name] instead of just [Redacted Account Number].

Admin Users able to assume user roles
We have the ability for DoiT to assume roles of users in an Organization.
A customer wants to be able to assume the roles of users, so they can see what their user is seeing.
Cloudhealth is able to do this.
10 votesThis will be handy and make sense once we have multi tenancy. We'll come back to this ticket once we're ready with it.

Integrating data from EKS agents into Cloud Diagrams
Integrating data from EKS agents into Cloud Diagrams. This enhancement would enable us to display private EKS clusters that are not visible through standard AWS APIs, and allow us to show performance, health, and configuration data directly within the diagram view.
Benefits:
* Improved visibility into private and internal EKS clusters, which are currently not represented in diagrams
* Real-time performance metrics (CPU, memory, pod utilization, etc.) can help platform teams identify issues more quickly
* Health status indicators for clusters, nodes, and workloads directly in the diagram improve troubleshooting and monitoring workflows
* Enhanced context for security and cost…13 votes -
Add AWS account status to the Assets page
The AWS assets page currently shows all accounts but there is no way of knowing if the account has been closed. We should add the AWS status/state of the account and not show closed accounts in areas like CloudFlow or CloudConnect.

Flexsave for RDS/Databases
Please reinstate and expand DoIT's Flexsave for RDS/Databases option. AWS's recent announcement of Database Savings Plans should help DoIT mitigate the risks of unused capacity and make Flexsave for RDS/Databases feasible. Ideally, Flexsave for RDS/Databases should work similarly to Flexsave for Compute.

Limit Results by Total or Percentage Change
When using the data views of either percentage change or absolute change, The customer would like to be able to limit those results by both value and/or top/bottom.
For Example if viewing spend using percentage change, they would like to be able to use the limit result feature to say only show me the accounts that have percentage change 25% or more.

Feature Suggestion: Cost Anomaly Detection for Dips
Currently, the Cost Anomaly feature is designed to capture spikes in spend but does not monitor for dips. Similarly, the Alerts feature works on defined thresholds, which is more suitable for catching increases than decreases.
It would be valuable to have a feature that can detect sudden drops in cost as well, since unexpected decreases can also indicate issues such as:
Disabled services or resources that should be running
Failures in data pipelines or workloads
Gaps in logging/monitoring or data ingestion
Sudden deletion in data
Adding anomaly detection for dips would provide a more complete view of cost changes and…

Console Support for Raising Internal PSS Request and Selection of Ticket Privacy Mode
To support the proposed console integration of internal PSS support flow, we'd like the Console's Expert Inquiry to support the following:
- recognise "visibility" attribute to determine if a product should be hidden from customer in the dropdown list
- when a Doer is creating a new request under a customer tenant, a pop up dialog should be presented for the Doer to select whether the ticket will be private or viewable by the customerPlease refer to the following requirement document for more details, including tags, assignee and UI mock-ups: https://doitintl.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fde/pages/1623883778/DoiT+Console+PSS+Internal+Request+Flow+Requirements

Increase Analytics filter/group-by dialog limit beyond 5000 resource values
Current behavior
In Cloud Analytics reports, when using the filter or group-by control on resource ID, the selection dialog only lists up to 5000 distinct resource values. As a result, specific resource IDs that are visible in the report table (may not appear in the selection dialog and cannot be filtered or grouped on, even though they are present in the dataset.Impact
This prevents customers from reliably drilling down to specific resources at scale, blocking important FinOps and DevOps optimization workflows. Customers are forced to export data to external tools to achieve the required level of granularity, which creates…1 vote -
CloudTrail and IAM Role Integration for Change Audit Logging
Enable integration with AWS CloudTrail to fetch near real-time infrastructure change logs. Additionally, by linking each change event to the specific IAM role or user that made the modification, teams gain clearer accountability and traceability.
User Benefit:
* Gain near real-time visibility into infrastructure changes
* Enhance team accountability by identifying which IAM role/user made each change
* Keep precise audit log that's easy to read and won't miss small transient changes. This will help with compliance and internal governance for enterprise customers6 votes -
Re-alerting for an active anomaly if the cost spikes by 2X or 3X
Today, once we notify for an anomaly, we do not notify again if an anomaly is active but the cost has spiked by X times, lets say twice. As a result, customer who ignored the anomaly in first place based on its cost missed the opportunity to react when the cost spike became more considerable.

Programmatic API to link AWS accounts and enable Kubernetes core (incl. bulk operations)
Customers with many AWS accounts need a fully programmatic way to complete the DoiT “Link account” + Kubernetes core enablement flow, especially during the EKS Intelligence → Kubernetes Intelligence migration. Today this must be done via the Console/CloudFormation flow and cannot be completed end‑to‑end via public APIs, creating manual work and coordination overhead for multi‑account orgs. The current Console flow relies on CloudFormation plus a backend webhook/validation step to register the role and mark features as enabled; this callback is not exposed publicly, so adding IAM permissions with Terraform alone doesn’t flip the feature state. As a result, there is…

Creating bulk edit capabilities in the portal for biz ops
Is there a way to look at creating a mechanism where sales can make bulk account ownership changes?
We are currently dependent on scripts to make changes and there are times the urgency doesn't match the availability of engineers.
Can we either:
Get access to run the script
Develop a function in the console that allows us to bulk update
Allow us to assign account ownership in SFDC and replicate to the console via integrations2 votesDue to previously planned work for the remainder of the year and into January, this work is slated for Q1 / early Q2 of 2026.

Users would like the ability to view aggregated cost data for resource groups in Cloud Diagrams
Description:
Users would like the ability to view aggregated cost data for resource groups in Cloud Diagrams, not just individual resources. For example, clicking on an ECS cluster should display the total grouped cost of all its sub-resources.Use Case:
This would help teams quickly assess the total cost impact of a service or component (like an ECS cluster or auto-scaling group) without manually summing individual resource costs.Requested By:
Flavio Alberti (THRON)Impact:
Improves financial visibility and supports more accurate cost analysis directly from the diagram view.4 votes -
Enforce SSO for admins
Currently, all admins bypass SSO completely, which is a security gap since those sensitive accounts are the ones we need to be secured the most. I understand the use case for having a breakglass account, but making all admins bypass it with no way to enforce it defeats the purpose of having SSO enabled to begin with.

Add quick actions to search results (Cost Report, Cloud Flow)
Currently, when searching for an AWS account or GCP project, the result is just a static link to the asset details page. To check costs or settings, I have to click the result, wait for the page to load, and then navigate through menus again.
Please make the search results more dynamic by adding "Quick Actions" directly in the dropdown. When I search for an asset ID, I would like to see buttons to:
Open a Cost Report filtered specifically for that account.
Go directly to the Cloud Flow or Attribution settings for that account.
This would significantly reduce the…

Invoice period as a column
Allow for invoices to have "Invoice period" column which you can sort by. When you reissue an invoice that information does not exist or gets lost. All invoices should have (mandatory, by law) an explicit period listed for which the invoice is charged.
